General Information


On-site Space
We accommodate parties of twenty or more anytime after 2 pm on Saturday’s and Sunday’s. All parties are located in the back half of our upstairs, which accommodates 30 – 40 people comfortably. Anything over 40 persons would require the entire upstairs. There is a minimum charge for the entire upstairs. Please speak to our restaurant representative about this fee. Our onsite evening events may begin anytime after 5 pm.


Off-site Catering
Please inquire about our off-site menus.


Guarantees
The final number of guests attending your affair is required ten days prior to your party. This is critical to insure that we can meet your needs. Once received, the number will be considered a guarantee and not subject to reduction.


Menus
Please see the attached menus. We offer a limited menu for parties between 12-20 people. A buffet is offered for parties of 20 or more. Using our menus as your starting point, we can then customize your party on a more personal level. If you would like to incorporate vegetarian and vegan items into your menu, we can accomodate you. If there are any other items that you are interested in, just ask.

Parking
Parking is available free of charge at the Montclair Art Museum.


Special Amenities
Other amenities that can be provided for you at an additional charge are valet parking, dance floor, specialized linen, specialized glasses, china and silverware, chairs, tables and flowers. Please speak to our restaurant representative for the pricing of these amenities.


Deposit and Payment
To confirm your date, a signed contract and deposit are required. Should a confirmed reservation be cancelled, a percentage of your deposit will be refunded under the guidelines outlined in our contract. An initial deposit of $10.00 per expected guest is required along with a signed contract to guarantee your date.

Please Note: Your invitation must state the exact time the affair commences, as no provisions are available for early arrivals. The space is open to guests fifteen minutes prior to the scheduled time.
